Terms of service

These terms apply to Bluebana's products, ProfitLupa and MyFamilyBirth. By creating an account or using a product, you agree to them.
The service
We provide software tools: for online sellers, research, estimates, tracking and analysis (ProfitLupa); for families, a place to build and share a family tree (MyFamilyBirth). Estimates are estimates. Sales, fee and profit figures are our best model of marketplace data, not a guarantee, and your decisions remain your own.
Your account
- You need to be 16 or older and give a working email address.
- Keep your password private. You're responsible for what happens under your account.
- One account is for one person or business. It may be signed in on several of your own devices, within the limits shown in the product.
Acceptable use
- Use the products for your own business, research or family.
- Don't resell access, scrape our service, overload it, or use it to break a marketplace's rules or anyone's rights.
- Marketplace accounts you connect must be yours or ones you are authorized to manage.
Plans and payment
Some features may require a paid plan. Prices, trials and what each plan includes are shown in the product before you pay. Subscriptions renew until canceled; you can cancel at any time and keep access until the end of the paid period. Refunds follow the policy shown at purchase.
Our content and yours
The software, its design and its models belong to Bluebana. What you store in the product (your lists, notes, plans, trees, photos and stories) is yours; you give us permission to store and process it to provide the service. Marketplace names and trademarks belong to their owners; Bluebana is not affiliated with Amazon, Walmart, TikTok or Alibaba.
Changes and ending
We may change the products and these terms; material changes are announced in the product or by email before they apply. You can close your account at any time from the Account page. We may suspend an account that breaks these terms, after telling you why.
Liability
The products are provided as they are. To the extent the law allows, Bluebana isn't liable for indirect losses, lost profits or business decisions made with the product's figures, and our total liability is limited to what you paid us in the twelve months before a claim.
Law
These terms are governed by the laws of the Commonwealth of Massachusetts, United States.
