Help with a product

Subscriptions and billing

  • Bought in an app from the App Store: Apple handles the payment. To change or cancel, open Settings › your name › Subscriptions on iPhone or iPad, or the App Store › your name › Account Settings › Subscriptions on a Mac. For a refund, use reportaproblem.apple.com.
  • Bought on a product's website: manage or cancel it from your account in that product. Refunds follow that product's terms; write to us and we'll sort it out.
  • A subscription renews automatically until it's cancelled. Cancelling keeps everything you paid for until the end of the current period.

Your account and data

  • Each product lets you delete your account from its account settings (in ProfitLupa: Account › Delete my account). If you can't sign in, write to us from the email address on the account and we'll do it for you.
  • To get a copy of your data, or to correct it, write to us.
  • How we handle your information is in our privacy policy; each product's own privacy policy is on its website.

Report a problem

Tell us what you were doing, what you expected and what happened instead, with a screenshot if you can, and the app or browser you were using. If you've found a security issue, write to help@bluebana.com with "Security" in the subject; please don't post it publicly.
